Anger helps us take care of ourselves. When we feel angry, this is a signal to us that something is wrong and that we must consider taking action. However, anger problems is when your frustation tolerance is too low, you feeling of anger is overwhelming, or your anger is destructive and negatively affects other people.

What are anger problems?
