1.3 The website is owned by Hjelp til Hjelp AS (HTH). HTH is a non-profit company with a non-profit and non-profit purpose to make it easier to find psychological help, courses, activities, and the like. 

1.4 On we provide information about mental health and related topics, such as news items, videos, books, and more. This also includes guest posts from people who have no formal connection with HTH.

1.5 At present, the full editorial responsibility of is with the founder, Ove Heradstveit. 



2.1 By using and the resources we offer, you also accept the terms of use of the service (below and above). 

2.2 The terms are updated and revised regularly and everyone who uses is responsible for keeping up to date on current terms.



3.1 While HTH's services related to the website are primarily aimed at the Norwegian audience, the website is primarily aimed at audiences from the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. 

3.2 The site is aimed at both health professional and non-professional audiences.



4.1 All content you find via is for information only and does not replace personal contact between patient and healthcare professional. HTH assumes no responsibility for damages of any kind related to the use of content, services, or links on the website. Information on our site should be regarded as for entertainment only.

4.2 HTH does not take responsibility for any negative consequences of information on proving to be incomplete or misleading. 

4.3 HTH does not take responsibility for links to external content.

4.4 The information contained in HTH's services shall under no circumstances be understood as medical advice, but as general information with an entertainment purpose. HTH does not take responsibility for consequences for people who use information from our sites. HTH should not be hold responsible for any consequences as a result of the use of information on the site, as long as HTH has not violated Norwegian laws through the information provided.

5.1 HTH reserves the right to make changes and improvements in the service. Users of the services are responsible for keeping up to date on our terms.



6.1 HTH strives to comply with and comply with the GDPR regulations (EU Directive 2016/679, which enters into force on 25 May 2018). We do not store personal information beyond purposes for which the user has explicitly consented to this. 6.3 HTH does not collect information about users of the website, but uses various services that provide a better user experience (see section 7.2).

6.4 All information about registered e-mail addresses is treated confidentially and is only available to HTH's editorial staff. Information about registered mailadresses is not passed on to third parties.

6.5 Users can at any time unsubscribe from newsletters, and will then be permanently deleted from the newsletter list.

9.1 Any disputes that arise in connection with HTH's services shall be dealt with in accordance with Norwegian law. Bergen District Court is adopted as venue for the agreement.

9.2 Currently, HTH does not receive any funding.
